Zoom is stepping up its game with an AI Companion that’s ready to tackle your busywork. By the end of the month, this snazzy assistant will be able to schedule meetings, generate documents, and even create video clips—all from a handy new Tasks tab in Workplace.


It’s like having a personal assistant, minus the coffee runs!


But wait, there’s more! Zoom is rolling out a voice recorder for its Workplace mobile app, which will record, transcribe, and summarise in-person meetings. And come May, live notes will be a thing, providing real-time summaries during meetings and calls. All these goodies are included at no extra cost for Zoom Workplace users.
