So, you're an AI obsessive who grew up in the 90's, writing (and building businesses) mostly about property and technology. Each week you showcase a new video that gives insights into how technology has expanded in the previous seven days.
Then you come across one of Britpop's "Big Four", Pulp, releasing some new material for the first time in ages. It has some AI of singer and wordsmith, Jarvis Cocker, in the video to their single. What are you gonna do?
Here, then, is some very 90's-esque Pulp (it really could have been released directly after "Common People") in 2025, with a nostalgic take on some of their old photos being animated (badly - clearly not using Runway Gen-4) using AI.
I know, this is a PropTech blog. I know, I have only +just+ avoided using the phrase 'PulpTech' in that previous sentence. And this is an unashamedly self-indulgent Video of the Week with only a very tentative connection with AI. But as another 90's sage, Joey Tribbiani, would say - I'm not even sorry ...
