This isn’t just a fluff piece—it's backed by a nine-year analysis of over 1,500 properties compared to non-staged homes.


Elaine Penhaul, the mastermind behind Lemon and Lime, is singing the praises of home staging. She points out that staged properties are 18% more likely to fetch a price above the asking and are seven times less likely to sell below it. This is music to the ears of estate agents, as it means juicier commissions.
