Otter, the ingenious AI-powered transcription service, is stepping up its game with the launch of three innovative AI agents designed to supercharge productivity during meetings.
Leading the charge is the Otter Meeting Agent, a voice-activated marvel that taps into company data to answer questions and perform tasks with ease.
This Meeting Agent is a "transformative evolution" of Otter's existing AI meeting chatbot. While its predecessor could already attend meetings, transcribe conversations, and summarise information, the new agent takes it a step further. It can now respond to queries based on historical meeting data and even schedule future meetings or draft emails using natural voice interaction. Currently available for Zoom calls, Otter plans to extend support to Microsoft Teams and Google Meet soon.

But that's not all! Otter is also rolling out a Sales Agent to assist sales reps with live coaching during calls, helping them close deals and manage complaints. This agent is compatible with all virtual conferencing platforms and is available to Otter's enterprise sales customers. Meanwhile, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Agent can autonomously showcase products, eliminating the need for human intervention.
