But that’s not all! OpenAI also launched OpenAI for Nonprofits, providing nonprofit organisations with access to ChatGPT Team at a discounted rate of just £20 per month per user. Nonprofits can apply for this discount directly on OpenAI’s website. For larger organisations needing more capabilities and security, OpenAI offers ChatGPT Enterprise at a 50% discount.
These initiatives come amidst a whirlwind of events at OpenAI. Several key researchers resigned over safety concerns, and CEO Sam Altman faced backlash for introducing an AI voice eerily similar to Scarlett Johansson’s after she declined the role.
