In contrast, London stands as the priciest city for solo living, with a whopping £23.39 per square metre. Bristol isn't far behind, with an average of £19.33 per sqm. The north’s average rental price is a mere £10.22 per sqm, while the south is a hefty 76.95% more expensive at £18.09 per sqm.
